Founded on passion.
Driven by beliefs.
Making collecting high-quality contemporary photography accessible, to inspire and to help bring creative projects to life.
THE ARTIST EDITION is a platform for emerging and established artists to fund their projects, publish books and to expand the public understanding and appreciation of contemporary photography.
Moving away from the principles of exclusivity, expensive addresses, price secrecy and the hype of traditional galleries THE ARTIST EDITION operates on inclusivity, larger editions, low overhead and transparent pricing.
Our virtual gallery business model, combined with over 20 years of working relationships with leading photographers, designers and printers, allows us to provide limited edition prints and books of an outstanding quality for a mainstream global audience.
THE ARTIST EDITION will produce a bi-annual publication showcasing selected photographers’ artwork. In depth interviews will investigate the photographic process and methodology from the individual artists’ point of view. The unique design, imagery and superior art book quality of the publication will make it a collectible in its own right.
